Chewing Gum Dreams

On a bare black stage with a single chair, a Hackney schoolgirl called Tracey Gordon starts talking and does not stop. Slouching, sprawling and dancing, she conjures the 67 bus, raves and UK garage, periods and emergency contraception, God and money, her trusting friend Candice and the boys she cannot stop thinking about, Connor Jones above all. Every story is funny, and every story shows how little the world expects of her.
