Caroline: A New Musical

In 1960s Essex, Caroline dreams of a life beyond stacking shelves at the local greengrocer’s. She spends her evenings on the pier with her best friend Mary and her music-mad boyfriend Robbie. When Robbie lands a job with Radio Caroline, a pirate station broadcasting from a ship off the coast, the excitement of a new sound draws them into a changing world. As Robbie pursues his ambition, Caroline begins to consider what she wants for herself.
