Evita

Among marching soldiers and restless crowds, a young woman from the provinces refuses to stay small. Eva Duarte sings her way out of a country dance hall and into Buenos Aires, trades up through its radio stations and film studios, and meets the ambitious Colonel Juan Perón just as the country is ready to follow a strong man. From the street, Che watches her climb and questions every step.
