Flowers for Mrs Harris

In post-war London, widowed cleaner Ada Harris catches sight of a Christian Dior dress and becomes determined to own one. Saving for something so extravagant transforms her daily routine and eventually takes her from London to Paris, where the world of haute couture seems far removed from her own.
