Macbeth

In a paranoid police state, the war hero Macbeth is told by three sinister nurses that he will be king. Urged on by his wife, he murders the king who has just honoured him and seizes power, then kills again to hold on to it. As ghosts, suspicion and sleepless nights close in, the Macbeths watch the regime they have built turn against them.
