Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat

Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat is Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice’s musical retelling of the biblical story of Joseph, Jacob’s favoured son. When Joseph receives a richly coloured coat, his jealous brothers turn against him, setting in motion a journey that takes him from betrayal and slavery in Canaan to unexpected success in Egypt through his gift for interpreting dreams.
