The Shark Is Broken

The Shark Is Broken is a comedic play set during the troubled filming of Jaws in 1975, when production is held up by repeated mechanical shark failures. Confined aboard the Orca, the film's three leads - Robert Shaw, Richard Dreyfuss and Roy Scheider - wait out the delays, trading barbs, stories and frustrations as the heat and boredom begin to tell.
