Rebecca

Based on Daphne du Maurier’s 1938 novel, Rebecca follows the unnamed young woman who marries widower Maxim de Winter and moves to his Cornish estate, Manderley. There she finds herself living in the long shadow of Maxim’s first wife, Rebecca, whose presence seems to dominate the house, its staff and, above all, the formidable Mrs Danvers.
