The Wild Party (LaChiusa)

Set in the decadent world of 1920s Manhattan, The Wild Party follows Queenie, a vaudevillian chorus girl, and her volatile lover Burrs as they throw a raucous gathering in an attempt to ease the strain in their troubled relationship. The guest list is a motley mix of performers and hangers-on, and as the night unfolds, flirtation, jealousy and rivalry begin to surface beneath the glamour and excess.
