Franz & Marie

In a folk-tale Europe at the end of the nineteenth century, a platoon of young soldiers waits for orders at an isolated outpost after action on the front line. Among them is Franz Woyzeck, haunted by nightmares and visions of fire in the sky. He lives for his girlfriend Marie and their baby, Georgie, and since the war forbids him leave to marry her, he will do anything to provide for them.
