This World of Tomorrow

Tom Hanks and James Glossman's play follows Bert Allenberry, a scientist from the future who keeps returning to a single day at the 1939 New York World's Fair. There, he finds himself drawn into a tentative romance that gives shape to his search for connection across time. The story uses the fair as a meeting point between remembered history and imagined futures, with love, memory and longing at its centre.
