The BFG

One night the orphan Sophie is snatched from her bed and carried off to Giant Country by a giant who turns out to be the Big Friendly Giant: a gentle dream-catcher who refuses to eat children, unlike the man-eating giants who live around him. As an unlikely friendship grows between the small girl and the enormous giant, the two devise a daring plan to stop the others.
