A Man for All Seasons

Robert Bolt's A Man for All Seasons is a historical drama about Sir Thomas More, Lord Chancellor of England under Henry VIII, and the crisis that follows the King's push to end his marriage to Catherine of Aragon. As More refuses to compromise his conscience, he finds himself increasingly isolated by court politics, family pressures, and the demands of royal power.
