Boys from the Blackstuff

Boys from the Blackstuff is James Graham's stage adaptation of Alan Bleasdale's acclaimed 1982 television series. Set in Thatcher-era Liverpool, it follows a group of unemployed dockworkers as they struggle with economic hardship, bureaucratic indifference and the wider social changes of the 1980s.
