Thelma & Louise

Louise, tough-talking and fed up, persuades her best friend Thelma to leave their neglectful partners behind for a spontaneous weekend away. At a roadside bar the trip goes badly wrong: a man attacks Thelma in the car park, and Louise shoots him. Now wanted by the police, the two women go on the run across the American South-West, and with the law closing in behind them, their friendship becomes something both dangerous and unbreakable.
