A History of Paper

A note passed between two tenement neighbours sparks a relationship told through the paper they leave behind. Postcards, tickets, receipts and shopping lists trace their flirtation, shared routines and changing lives. Blending spoken scenes and songs, this intimate musical explores love, memory and the meaning ordinary objects can acquire over time.
