The Play That Goes Wrong follows the Cornley Polytechnic Drama Society as they attempt to stage a 1920s murder mystery, The Murder at Haversham Manor. As the performance unfolds, missed cues, collapsing scenery, forgotten lines and ever-worsening accidents derail the production, turning the evening into a chain of slapstick disasters and theatrical mishaps.
