Pop Off, Michelangelo!

Pop Off, Michelangelo! is an electropop, high-camp musical comedy that imagines a queer-tinged friendship and rivalry between Michelangelo and Leonardo da Vinci. In Renaissance Italy, two childhood best friends try to win divine favour by becoming the greatest religious artists of all time, all while a zealous friar hunts for sinners and the pair race through art history in gloriously inaccurate style.
