The Gardening Club

Set in 1960s Georgia, The Gardening Club follows six young women who use a gardening club as cover to secretly distribute the birth control pill in defiance of state law. As they balance friendship, risk and the demands of a conservative society, the musical looks closely at the realities of women trying to claim control over their own bodies and futures.
