Floyd Collins

Floyd Collins is a folk and bluegrass-inspired musical by Adam Guettel and Tina Landau, based on the true 1925 story of cave explorer Floyd Collins, who becomes trapped while searching for fame in Kentucky's Sand Cave. As the rescue effort grows into a national media event, the show follows Floyd, his family, and the people drawn into the ordeal, balancing public spectacle with private fear and hope.
