Tony winner Adrienne Warren is heading to Broadway's Proof.
Warren joins the revival as Claire — Catherine's sharp-edged older sister — from 30 June, taking over from Kara Young, who departs to lead the upcoming The Whoopi Monologues.
Warren took home the 2021 Tony for Best Actress in a Musical for Tina: The Tina Turner Musical. She steps into Thomas Kail's strictly limited 16-week run of David Auburn's Pulitzer- and Tony-winning play, opposite Ayo Edebiri, Don Cheadle and Jin Ha at the Booth Theatre.
The revival opened 16 April and closes 19 July.
