The Edinburgh Fringe 2026 lineup just topped 2,000+ shows.
The latest Fringe Society registry export pulls 2,000+ individual events on sale right now — across Pleasance, Gilded Balloon, Underbelly, Assembly, Summerhall, the Stand, Bedlam, Monkey Barrel, ZOO, Just The Tonic, Laughing Horse, theSpaceUK, PBH's Free Fringe and dozens of pop-up venues. Comedy, theatre, musicals, dance, circus, cabaret, spoken word, music — every genre, every scale.
Marquee names confirmed include James Acaster, Nish Kumar, Mark Watson, Ruby Wax, Jack Dee, Richard Herring, Mark Thomas, Mike Wozniak, Gyles Brandreth, Jack Rooke, Sh!t Theatre, Brian Bilston, Spencer Jones, Salty Brine, Temi Wilkey, Max Olesker and Marc Brew. With venue press releases this week from Pleasance, Soho Theatre, Gilded Balloon and Underbelly's Circus Hub still rolling into the registry, the count keeps climbing toward the official programme launch on 4 June.
